Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.aerocleanserobotics.in ("Website") and the services provided by Aerocleanse Robotics ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
We offer drone-based cleaning services for glass facades, windows, solar panels, and aerial inspections, primarily in Bangalore and Hyderabad, India. The scope of any specific engagement is defined in a separate written quotation or service agreement.
3. Quotations & Service Agreements
All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Engagement begins only upon written acceptance by both parties, payment of agreed advance (if any), and a signed service agreement. The service agreement supersedes these Terms in case of conflict for that engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Obtain all required permissions for drone operations on or above the property, including building owner consent and society approvals
- Provide accurate building specifications, surface type, height, and any known hazards
- Ensure safe ground access for our team and equipment
- Inform residents, tenants, and on-site staff of planned operations
- Pay agreed amounts within the agreed timeline
5. Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
- Operate drones only with valid DGCA permissions and licensed pilots
- Maintain valid third-party liability insurance for drone operations
- Conduct a safety briefing before each operation
- Perform services with professional care and skill
- Provide before/after documentation as agreed
6. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided in writing in our quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are:
- Advance: 30% on signing the service agreement
- Balance: within 7 days of service completion
- Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month, compounded monthly
Applicable GST will be charged separately as per Indian tax law.
7. Weather & Operational Conditions
Drone operations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule operations in case of high winds, rain, low visibility, or any unsafe conditions. Rescheduling due to weather does not entitle either party to cancellation fees.
8. Cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Liability & Indemnity
While we operate with all reasonable care, drone operations carry inherent risk. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of business, profits, or reputation
- Damage caused by pre-existing defects in the cleaned surfaces (glass cracks, sealant failure, loose fixtures)
- Acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
The Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate building information, lack of required permissions, or breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of Aerocleanse Robotics or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Photography & Video
We may capture photographs and aerial footage during our operations for documentation and marketing purposes. We will not publish identifiable client information without consent. Clients who wish to opt out of marketing use should inform us in writing before the engagement.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including building plans, security arrangements, and commercial terms.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, or DGCA airspace restrictions.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
15. Dispute Resolution
Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed, with venue at Bangalore.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
