Drone operations carry inherent risks despite all reasonable precautions. We operate our drones in compliance with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Drone Rules, 2021 and all applicable Indian aviation regulations. Specifically:
- All operations are conducted by certified Remote Pilots
- All drones operate with valid registration (UIN) where required
- All operations are covered by third-party liability insurance
- No-fly zones, controlled airspace, and altitude restrictions are strictly observed
- Pre-flight checks are mandatory for every operation
However, drone operations remain subject to unpredictable factors including weather, mechanical failure, and external interference. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
